problem to connect OSTC mk 2 to PC

I have a curious problem
after installing the OSTC mk 2 to my PC :

the PC correctly reconize the OSTC

I can correctly download from divinglog 5.0 and even change some settings of the OSTC from divinglog

but it is impossible to connect to the OSTC with the tiny bootloader
here is the message I got

Connected to \\.\COM20 at 19200
Searching for PIC ...Not found,
ERROR!


running my PC under win7 64bits
and already change the com port to try to fix the bug ....
please help

I forgot to mention : yes I do wake the OSTC and connect it to the pc before running bootloader

I also tried JDivelog tonight
it is possible to download dive profiles and change some settings, but as soon as I try to make the firmware update I got the message
"communication impossible did you press reset ?"

so may be I have not understand something : how to "reset" for making the firmware update ?

Mine is doing this too, tried it on win 7 64 bit and 32bit. It wont connect to jdive log either

solve the problem : I have done a reset (in the ostc menu) just after launching jdivelog

got mine updated now, i wasn't doing it correctly. i was waiting for it to find the ostc before resetting it
