Help !!!!!!

Post by servan »

Hello,

I turned my OSTC on this morning. He switched on without worries and turned off after a few minutes. All is OK!

I jumped into the water thinking the OSTC will turn on after a few meters. And ... Nothing ... It does not turn on.

I returned to the surface trying to manually turn it on ... Nothing. It does not turn on.

Now, I plug it on the interface. The charging led is not blinking. I can not reset to ... And I can't wake up the OSTC :(

Please help!

Regards

Hello,

Which firmware do you use, is the Interface Power-LED on? Maybe the yellow LED is blinking some kind of error code?

No. Does the yellow led blinking when I try to reset ? Or always ?

If the battery voltage is critical (caused by whatever) the battery is hard-disconnected from the OSTC (To avoid battery under-discharging) and will reconnect after the interface is attached and the reset button is pressed for some minutes. Yellow LED is blinking every 15seconds two times if battery is very low but not critical. OSTC can not be powered on unless connected to the charger.

Thank you for the answer.
How many minutes should I wait ? I've pressed 3 minutes and nothing...

Hello,

If you once have installed the O2 board, please post some pictures of you setup. This is always interesting to other users.
