Ascent rate indicator

Thank you Matthias for the fast and great work - the graphical indicator is a nice additional view. The place on the display is perfect, as there was no other information shown before. But I would appreciate, too, to choose between all the above mentioned options. At least there should be a way to show both the vertical speed and the graphical indicator.
