hi all

i have some question's

#1 when you dive in OC an you come at deco depth, do you gave to confirm to switch to deco gas?
when diving at depth after time you will see the decoschedule, is this the schedule based on the available gasses or is this the schedule on the actual bottommix?

#2 if CCR is activated and you have to bailout how do you confirm ?

#3 is the ostc ready for solenoid drive? and is there someone capable for rebuild my MCCR rEvo to Eccr hybride

Yes

It depend of the gases parameters
"Active gas" : Yes --> gases are used to calculate the decompression
No --> they're not used until you switch on them.

Hello,

An eCCR use with the OSTC is currently not supported and due to liability reasons not on our to-do list, sorry.

A technically skilled person could attach a solenoid driver to the O2 monitor board. Firmware of the board is Open Source, too...

Jan,
First of all there is currently no "turn key" kit for the PPO2 monitoring board (although I reckon there will be one available from somewhere within a couple of months), you have to build your own housing and sort out your own wiring.

getting a PPO2 board to drive a solenoid would not be dificult to do mechanicaly, but would require you to write custom firmware for the O2 board.
Things you would need to take into account are:-
1) you would need a seperate power supply for the solenoid.
2) the "HUD" outputs on the O2 monitoring board are just outputs that can be switched on or off with the required polarity by the firmware

I had an idea of firmware for the O2 monitoring board that connects to the OSTC as normal but uses HUD outputs 1 and 2 to drive a red and green LED on a HUD with smithers code, and uses HUD output 3 as the on/off signal to trigger a solenoid.

However this would require a large chunk of custom firmware, which would then require tweaking for each make of rebreather you wanted to use it on.
So in the end I put the idea aside until I have the time to work on my programing skills.

So the only current ECCR option for your rEvo is the manufacturer supplied Shearwater solution.
