OSTC 2N - Blocked

We are in Croatia right now and he is having a problem with his completely new computer.

The first time he went for a dive it didn't want to function at all. he reset the system and it worked.

It worked normally after this for 3 dives.

Now we are in Croatia and after the first dive the computer showed 90 metrs and max depth of 120 meters. we only went to 20 meters for 45 minutes.

He was running fineware 2.21

We came back to the apartment and found the upgrade to 2.50 and downloaded it to the computer. It looked good and we did another dive.

This time we went to 35 meters max for 20 minutes, had a short deco obligation. I am usung a Shearwater predator and in the water they showed exactly the same deco and depth and dive time.

Out of the water for 5 minutes and ths computer again locked up and jumped to a depth of 93 meters and a max depth of 126 meters. Temp of minus 29.1 degrees.

Okay, what do we do? The computer is locked up and we cannot reset it. It won't even turn off.

Hi,

It looks like the [s]depth[/s] pressure sensor is dead. Send back the 2N, they will replace the faulty part.
