screw cap not waterproof

Hi you all,

I have recently purchased two OSTC 2n and for both of them water comes in through the screw cap. It seems like the screw cap can't go enough deep and is blocked by the USB connector. I can see marks on it.

Any idea ?

Fortunately it's fresh water...

Thanks for comments

Hmmm, all units are pressure testet, so if its a design flaw it should most certainly show up.

Here a pic of the test unit:

Yeah and what about the pressure test that HW does before they ship the ostc to the customer?
