Velocity Graph

After a couple of dive with the last firmware update, I notice the velocity Graph function. It look's nice but just today I notice that is not really a graph but just an Icon.
I mean, the graph doesn't go up or down depending from the speed of ascend.
I always see the graph full up to red also when the velocity is less than the alert level I've set.
I'm doing something wrong or somebody else notice the same?
Regards

No, it´s not a icône
Your value for CF47 ?

I set CF47 = 10 and CF5 = 5
I'm aspetting that from 5 m/min It will show the icon with the first square filled
and when I reach 10 M/min it will fill the other boxes up to the red one.
But I always see them all filled. also when I just move up my hand just to read the data from my computer.

The graph is divided into 7 sections.
The first 5 sections are white, the ascent rate is lower than the configured maximum speed (CF47).
The sixth section is red when you reach the maximum speed.
The seventh section is red when you exceed the speed limit.
so your ascent speed was up to 10m/mn

I will check again in my next dive, but I notice that just moving up my arm to see the computer was enough to shoe the 2 red square.
I will let you know

I've always been happy so far with the default values for these CFs. The ascent speed bargraph works fine - I usually ascend using a DSMB and a reel. But to be honest I haven't used 2.50 yet, only 2.21.

I probably understand the problem.
I the difference between CF 5 and 47 is less then a certain value, I guess 5.
The OSTC is not able to divide the into 5 steps, because every step is less the 1.
And the result is that it always show the graph all filled.
This morning I dive with CF5 = 7 and CF47 = 9
When the ascent speed was 7, the speed was show in white and the graph was completely filled, When the speed was more the 9 the speed change to red and the graph was correctly all filled.
I guess to have the graph working properly I need to set CF5 to 3 or 5
and CF47 to 10 in order to have at least 5 speep between them.

Did you have this problem during a normal and continuos ascend or just moving your arm upwards? in this last case, it's quite normal you fill all the blocks. The velocity ratio it's quite high moving just your arm.

In both case, moving the arm up and also during a vertical ascending.
I understand the problem looking at the OSTC of mu buddy that had a different set of CF 5 and 47.
I think the problem is dividing the 5 blocks in less than 5 m/min.
Maybe the programmer could give us the right response.
Cheers

Why don´t you use cf47=10 And CF5=5 ?
Or use only digit Ascent speed ?

Now I have set it like this...
At the beginning was not usefull have it visoble from 5 M/min
But now with the graph I chaght in order to have the graph working properly.
