jdive log with ostc 2c

hello ,
I installed jdivelog on my pc w.7, I have a octc 2c.
the pc recognized the port, but after if I want to transfer, the error message is " no driver".
On the menu, the port is ok, the firmware is on Auto.:S

Can I have your help please ?

Try to set the firmware option to the latest possible version... Not on auto!

use protocole mk2 1.91-X

"1.91 - X" means X is the latest, and all others from 1.91 on...

A friend of mine has the same problem after flashing the latest firmware for color of activ gaz, and for simulation (do not consider the other gaz activ in simulation)

I followed your suggestions for protocol:)-D.
JLDIVE upload only the first dive and not the others following.
do you have an idea of how to extract all ?

i have the them problem with upload the dive,
the 4 last dive don't upload.
If you have some idea for this problem ???
I have this problem with OSTC 2C !
With my OSTC 2N i have no problem !

Jdivelog 2.18 + RXTX 2.1 + Protocol OSTC 1.91 - X
Firmware V2.80
