We need a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for the OSTC forum! Always the same questions (and answers) from new users!
I have updated my Mk.2 30times in the last two years and never had a single problem doing it but obviously a major problem for new users.

How will solve a FAQ that problem?

A FAQ won't solve anything, people just don't know how to read or use the search function of the forum....

All we can do is just patiently answer the same question over and over again, or just ignore it.
