Recently updated to 2.7, no problems. Left ostc2n on charge, when charging the battery colour is orange?

Me manual says yellow when charging then green when full. Why am I orange ?!

And what about red battery symbol ?
My battery symbol is full and red ? in 2.7 OSTC 2N
