I just wanted to share a great example of customer orientation and service with Heinrichs Weikamp. We had an older OSTC 2N which developed some display issues (missing pixels) over time. After the issues got worse I had sent an email to Heinrichs Weikamps and they told me to ship the OSTC to their factory to have a look. Response time was around 20 minutes!
One day after receiving the computer they sent me an email to tell me that a brand new OSTC2C had been shipped to me. By the way: our old OSTC was out of warranty!!!
I think, that's a great example of customer orientation and service and I thank Heinrichs Weikamp for this!
