Hello,
I've updated my N2 to V2.90 yesterday without any problems.
Today I've done two dives. The second I can import to jdivelog correctly, the first is not shown at the importlist.
On the N2 that dive is shown properly, at subsurface it can be imported too.

What can I do to get that dive to my divelist in jdivelog?

Nobody has an idea how to fix it?

Ok, unglücklicherweise habe ich jetzt schon wieder dieses Problem: es werden nicht alle Tauchgänge in jdivelog importiert, bzw nicht aus meinem OSTC ausgelesen. Von 10 TG wurden nur 8 importiert.

Niemand sonst, bei dem dieses Problem ab V2.90 auftaucht? Keiner eine Idee, wie dieses Ärgernis beseitigt werden kann?X(

Ok, unfortunately I now have this problem again: there are not all dives imported into JDiveLog, or not read out from my OSTC. only 8 of 10 dives were imported.

No one else is experiencing this problem arises from V2.90? Nobody an idea how this nuisance can be eliminated?

Hi, ich müsste heute Abend mal wieder meinen OSTC anschliessen und die Tauchgänge downloaden. Bin gespannt, was dabei rauskommt...

nach dem Update auf 2.90 werden bei mir zwar die Tauchgänge von vor dem Update ausgelesen/erkannt, der neuste - getaucht mit 2.90 - aber leider nicht.

Ich hatte das Problem schon bei der FW2.70 bei allen TGs mit Gaswechsel.
Ohne Gaswechsel liessen sich die TGs noch auslesen, mit nicht mehr.

Nach Rücksprache mit Mathias ist es wohl so, dass sich etwas am Datenmodell zum speichern der TGs geändert hat, welches nicht mehr mit JDiveLog kompatibel ist.

Hier müsste JDiveLog nachlegen, was aber wohl nicht mehr passieren wird...
Ich habe dann auf DiveLog 5.0 gewechselt.

Ich hab den Entwickler von JDivelog mal noch angeschrieben und gefragt, ob er noch weitermacht... Falls nicht, werde ich mich wohl mit Subsurface oder so befassen müssen.

It's quite likely that an Jdivelog update will be released. We are in contact with the author and he is going to have a look into the changes between firmware 2.70 and 2.90.

Why don't you tell him what you changed... would be
much easier! >:D<

After some months waiting, is there any update to jdivelog planned?

A pity I can't still manage to download dive profiles with gas switches....

Jdivelog is not a software from heinrichs weikamp so you should ask the author of jdivelog.

Personally, I doubt that there will be a new version. Why not switch to something like Divinglog or Subsurface? Both support, of course, gas switches.

hi matthias,

the post wasn't meant as offense to you nor hw. i know it's a third party software.
i managed to convert my old jdivelog-logbook to subsurface and am happy that the old and new profiles have a common home.
