unexpected reset

Hi,
After a dive. The ostc didn't want to start. I connect it on an usb plug, some times after a message appear on the screen : " Réinitialisation inattendue! Merci de reporter les données ci-cdessous :
xxxxxxx. 48 3 129 77 104 108 153 96 0 43 2 16. "
What does it mean? Now it's seams ok but can I use it to dive?

One day after the reset the screen remain black and unfortunately I can't send you waited informations.
now it seems that I can do anything more, what is the best way to resolve this issue.

Yes even in charge with usb. And more I tried with OSTC planner to initiate communication for hard copy of screen (in case of a screen issue) and nothing append?
Don't you think that next step is to send it to your factory? If yes how to do it?
