Today, the new 1.40 stable firmware for the OSTC3 has been released: http://www.heinrichsweikamp.com/?id=162&version=en

This update is recommended for all users:
New in 1.40:
CHANGE: Minor language updates
NEW: Show a Safety Stop if enabled (Menu "Deco Parameters")
BUGFIX: dive profile recording issue in OC mode
BUGFIX: OSTC settings via USB issues
BUGFIX: CNS in deco planner

Please install the firmware using the "OSTC Companion" software.

Bitte die Firmware mit dem "OSTC Companion" Programm installieren.

Hello Matthias,

FW 1.40 Update DONE !

The compas is not working anymore :

- Language : French.
- On the surface screen in compas display : blocked 120°
- in compas calibration menu the 3 directions are blocked at 15677

Try a reboot and/or battery remove/re-install.

I've done REBOOT.
I've removed & reinstalled the battery (wait for 1min)

Something with your calibration. Try a "Reset All"

It was working perfectly before the FW upgrade.

Do you have positive feedbacks after the 1.40 upgrade concerning compas ?

Hallo zusammen,

Update to v1.40 done, thanks again for the safety stop

No issue with the compass, working fine. And still looking forward to a graphical representation with bearings.

I've updated and recalibrated my OSTC 3 right now. And the compas works fine...
