Blinking Green LED Light (standby mode)

My OSTC3 has a blinking Green Light Led on the middle left part of the screen when the OSTC is in standby mode (dark screen).

It blinks every 6 seconds.

What is the meaning ?

Nothing. It shows that the OSTC3 is in St.By.
