CF02 Delay for end of dive mode

Is the delay taken under consideration in divetime and profile calculation?
I don't think so. My OSTC seems to acree with my Zoop as to the length of the dive.
Profile shows ascent and then dive over rather than ascent nd then 2mins at 0m depth.
