Hello,

Since one month the named diving computer is not working how it should. Basicly the problem is that when I want to charge the computer by the USB-plug it doesn't charge. The same problem is when I want to connect me with the my Mac or Windows PC, the diving computer is not visible.
Can you please propose me any solution to solve this problem. As the device is still under garantie I hope you can do something for me. If you need any further information, just let me know, i stay at your disposal.

Try a different USB cable

I tried another cable but it did not work .

I tried to connect to another computer without success. But the battery of my OSTC is charging. On my PC, when I connect the mouse starts to load but it does not connect.

How have to do a hard reset?

Has it ever worked on your PC? You may need to install the Drivers for it to be detected.

it was working already on my PC and MAC . With OSTC Planner

R U using the original usb cable you got with the ostc?

No, two others. But both cables worked well before .

I can try with a cable of origin. I have to asked a fellow before.
