New 3.02 Firmware

Hello,

Today, we released the 3.02 stable for the OSTC2 Series (2N/Mk.2/2C). It includes a few smaller fixes and changes.

Updating is very easy if you have 1.90 or later and using Windows.

Heute haben wir die Version 3.02 stable für die OSTC2 Serie (2N/Mk.2/2C) veröffentlicht. Sie beinhaltet einige kleinere Verbesserungen und Fixes.

Das Updaten auf die neue Version ist sehr einfach, wenn bereits 1.90 oder später installiert ist und Windows verwendet wird.

Look in the changelog and decide for yourself

New in 3.01:
Stable Release
BUGFIX: Entry time in logbook when dive was around midnight
BUGFIX: Show manually set O2 (Gas 6) correctly
BUGFIX: Show dives with >999mins divetime correctly

There was a minor layout issue with the divetime in the 3.01 (Too bad I didn't see this before posting the 3.01...) This is now fixed in the 3.02.

Also, all Custom Functions III seem to reset to the default, so check before you dive.

All my personal changes in CFIII where reset to default!
So be carefull.

Kann mir jemand erklären was genau Ceiling new ab FW 3.0 bedeutet oder wie ich das beim Tauchen imprtieren muss, gibts da eine Beschreibung.

Check your dates too. Mine has reset to 2000. This might have been caused by a bad 'sync time with PC' though.

Ceiling ist die eigentlich erforderliche stufenlose Deko-Tiefe, die mindestens einzuhalten ist.
Die 3-Meter Schritte konventioneller Deko-Anzeigen sind nur eine gestufte Anzeige der Ceiling.
Wenn die Ceiling grob zwischen 6 und 3 Metern liegt, wird als Dekostufe 6 Meter angezeigt, wenn sie grob zwischen 3 und 0 Metern liegt wird 3 Meter als Dekostufe angezeigt.
Die Ceiling nimmt stufenlos ab vom tiefsten Dekostop bis zur Oberfläche, wobei die Geschwindigkeit der Abnahme immer geringer wird je flacher die Ceiling ist.
Wenn die Ceiling 0 Meter erreicht ist die Deko beendet.

Hallo,

Ceiling is always computed with the GF_hi. That means the ceiling can be above 3m and still a 6m stop is shown (Which is based on a lower GF then GF high).

Nur kurze Info:

Firmware 3.02 nach Update von 3.00.

Ich bin nach dem Update in das Logbuch gegangen, ersten Tauchgang der Liste ausgewählt und auf der ersten Logbuch-Seite in der ersten Zeile stand ganz rechts eine -1. Nur beim ersten Tauchgang.
Nach ein wenig rumspielen mit dem Logbuch war die -1 dann verschwunden. Was genau zum Verschwinden geführt hat kann ich nicht sagen.

Ja, ist ein Bug und in der 3.03 behoben.

Die "-1" soll anzeigen, das der TG über Mitternacht hinaus ging, das TG-Datum also um einen Tag falsch ist.

Hi,
with the new FW 3.02, I have the issue with the Logbook (OSTC 2C).
The first time I get into the Logbook, on the top is missing the first row (with #, date and time). If I get out of that dive and in again, it's OK: see attachments.

I think I have a bug to report

Charged the OSTC overnight and the battery was green with the charger still connected. But in the battery info it doesnt show a full charge and the minute counter didnt get a reset.

Charger output - 5.1V 0.7A
