NEW: Custom GF setting (Free adjustment of conservatism - GF)
BUGFIX: Gas3 was always shown as "Air" in logbook details page
NEW: Graphical compass display in dive mode
NEW: Bearing option in divemode
CHANGE: Draw a frame around the dive mode menu

- and always some smaller changes and language fixes.

Hi Matthias,

I'd like to install the new firmware v10.15 but:

when I connect my new OSTC SPORT through bluetooth (MacBookPro) it states that I'm connected but it doesn't ask for my pairing-code.

Trying to instal the .hex file directly onto my OSTC Sport (while assumably connected) it says "the device doesn't have the necessary ..."
and after a while connection is lost.

when I try using the OSTC Planner to connect with the OSTC Sport I've noticed that apparently some drivers need to be installed. This was done too, but still no succes in installing the v10.15 firmware to my newly bought OSTC Sport nor to connect with it through bluetooth.

Can you please advise what to do?

Hi Jetesson,

Not asking for a pairing code : this is normal as OSX uses by default the 0000 code expected with your OSTC sport. Then what does your BT pref panel say ? If the OSTC is connected, you should be able to see the status in your BT preferences panel.

Then OSTC companion should also give you the connected or not connected status.

Don't worry about drivers to install, this is not needed in OSX.

What are you trying to update the firmware with ? OSTC companion (which Is the correct soft to use) ? You shouldn't use OSTC planner for this.

Hi,

From the The new OSTC Sport firmware 10.14

it said : "NEW: Allow setting of Gas 4 during the dive "

May I ask when is this from OSTC Sport menu? I cannot find any Gas 4 for setting.

Is it only can see / set up during the dive?

I updated to firmware 10.15

Hi,

Gas4 can only be set underwater. Just try it in the simulator.
