I may just be getting old ! but I do not hear the acoustic alarm easily.
Can it be set/made louder?

Ok, forgive my translation: "I have a hearing impairment in my right ear (after 25 years playing in an orchestra). I carry the ostc on my right - how loud do you want it to beep??? "
I guess your ears are better than mine. I better go see the doctor again!
Ich schätze, dass Ihre Ohren besser als meine sind. Zeit, den Doktor zu sehen

Hi,
actually i'm a quite frequent OSTC-user but sofar i'm completlty unaware of audible warnings. At least i've never heard anything sofar.
Maybe the alarm is either switched off or not working at all for both of my two OSTC's.
To be honest i'm working since 28 years at airports on the ramp and i'm also hearing-impaired for very high pitch frequencies.
Hearing impairment can be quite different frequency-wise from one person to another.

Isn't it a great advantage to not hear anything under water except my own bubbles?
I played in a hard rock band with a drummer who thought he's John Bonham on my right side, so my right ear is damaged too, like Reiners.
I'm very pleased to not hear the OTSC
