Just have a thought after I bought my new OSTC Sport.

Since this is an open source product, it might be workable.

My thought is to add manual input air in and out before and after the dive. This is easy to remember how many air we used because I always forget how many air used after a few days of the dive unless I wrote it down after every dive.

Is it possible to add such function to OSTC Sport so that we can input air in and out before and after dive? Such info can be sync back to dive log apps or desktop software later on..

You could do what I do - take a picture of the tank gauges just before and just after a dive. The photo records time taken to provide a reference when you later want to log it. I generally always have a camera so it becomes part of my checklist.

This is one of the method. But not diver will have a handy camera. So if next update can have such function will be better.

i'd like something like that also, being able to manually put the air / gas at start and at the end

It would be a nice addition indeed.

For me it would be more interresting to have the opportunity to export not only the water temperature but also the surface temperature. My old suunto zoop had this option...

Yes! For example it could be done after the dive by editing a single dive in the dive log. But given there are only 2 buttons, this is not an easy job for the user interface designer...

Are there any plans to develop a dive computer with a remote sensor?
