I assume, that setting GF Hi to 75% will affect NDL so that it will be 75% of M-value. Am I right?

I've read somewhere in this forum, that tissue's nitrogen load is not yet taken under consideration in calculations of NDL. If so, what to refers NDL? I don't understand how it works here. Please describe briefly on the example of GFHi=75%

GFhigh of 75% will let you surface with 75% N2 load, such shortening NDL. otoh GFlow has no effect as long as you stay within NDL
