Made by Innodive, french seller for OSTC. But they do not sell it separately, I think (not seen alone on their internet site).

After that, it should possible to make such a protection with 3D printer or small silicon mold.

Hi there.
I also checked @ innodive and you cannot get it separately.
You can make an outer shell with a 3D printer as I did for my OSTC Plus. If you are interested I could try and send you some photos of it.

Hi,

I managed to get one from Innodive for my OSTC Plus (they requested a copy of the Heinrichs Weikamp invoice) ; not sure they still have the one for OSTC 3, smaller.

This protection is essential since the surface of OSTC with alloy body is very fragile and quickly marked with scratches.

Heinrichs Weikamp should propose it :D

It is essential, true. Especially for sidemount divers like myself.
Are you happy with the quality of the sleeve?

Hi Delyan,

Well, it was pretty hard to put in place, but after about 40 dives, no problem with this sleeve.

Note I use the rechargeable lithium ion battery, so I never have to remove the sleeve (I wonder how many times it could be removed / reinstalled before to cut itself).

Dear Didier,
Yes, that's the only thing that worries me a bit: after 20 or so dives on a liveaboard I may have plenty of salt captured between the device itself and the sleeve which can make the computer corrosion vulnerable.
I gave Innodive a shout yesterday and hopefully they would sell one sleeve to me too.
If you want to have the files for printing a 3D case, let me know. I would be happy to share them.

Hi Deylan,

Your proposal is very nice, but I'm not familiar with 3D printing. We have a printer at the office, but I suppose a special material is needed to print a supple sleeve ?

A friend of mine has an OSTC 3 and he would be happy to get such a sleeve.

Best regards,
Didier

Hi, Didier.
Sure. As long as both OSTC models are compatible, regarding size and positioning ot buttons.
No idea how to attach pics here but I can send you several photos of the case and you can show them to your friend.
Case model was designed by a 3D printing company and they chose the right type of material for printing it (both robust and flexible, so the case can fit tightly on the computer and meanwhile the device can be put in and taken out effortlessly). Printing itself costed me around 15 euro so I suppose it will not be much more expensive anywhere else. I have the name of the material too if your friend decides to ask a printing company to do it for him or her.
Files are in my mail box and they can be sent in no time.

Hi Deylan,

You can send me the files at didier@defay.fr. I'll keep you informed of what I able to do with them.

Thanks a lot.

Hi, Mario.
Innodive is the only place I know that offers silicone sleeves. Customer service there is good and they would usually reply quite promptly.
Matthias, your offer sounds very kind. Should you want to see the result from my humble attempt please let me know.

Hi Matthias,
Do you have 3d case files from OSTC 2TR (2018). I would like to design and print a flexible TPU cover on a 3D printer

Thx.

Hi,

We're working on this... We have to remove some internal, technical details before posting the model files.

Gerade gesehen: Die Hülle(n) werden nun auch separat verkauft. Allerdings zu sehr abgehobenen Preisen für meinen Geschmack :o
