Freeze Screen

Hello,
Firmware used V10.19
"Problem: blocked screen"
During a dive my computor screen got stuck with the following information:
depth 30m, time 9 minutes, no DECO
So I had to finish my dive, using my backup.
At the surface, computor cleaned in fresh water and dried, the screen was still with the same indication: depth 30m time 9 minutes, no DECO.
Impossible to use the commands, the computer was stuck.
In order to reset the OSTC, I have taken the battery out and put it back. The computor came back as "usual", but my last dive was not in the dive logbook.
Since then, I have dived with my OSTC without any further problems
Noticeable, is that there is a variation of roughly 10° between the computor compass and the reality.
Can you be kind enough and explain what may have happened.
