CCR-Mode Setpoint and Physical Values, mCCR

Nachdem die Suche zu dem Thema nichts gefunden hat, folgende Frage.
In meinem Standardsee auf 500 m über NN zeigt mir der OSTC 2N bei einem eingestellten Setpoint von 1,3 auf 3m einen pPO² von 1,25 bar an. Ich kenne die CF, die die eingestellten Werte auf die physikalisch möglichen Werte anpasst. Wird dabei aber auch der Wasserdampfdruck miteinbezogen?
Beim Spülen mit O² erreiche ich annähernd die 1,25 bar. Nach kurzer Zeit (wenn sich der Wasserdampf im System wieder gebildet hat) lande ich aber wieder bei ca. 1,19 bar.
Die Frage ist in meinen Augen sowohl für die pPO²-Anzeige als auch für die CNS und Deko-Berechnung relevant. Wie ist das umgesetzt bzw. gibt es irgendwo eine Dokumentation dazu?

Diving at 500m above sea level and with a septoint of 1.3 at 3m the OSTC 2N is showing me a pPO² of 1,25 bar. I am aware of the CF changing the setpoint to physically possible values. However is this also considering water vapour pressure? When flushing with O² I can achieve the 1,25 bar for some time, but the septoint will eventually drop back to 1.19 bar (after time has allowed to build up the water vapour pressure again imho).
This question is relevant for display of pPO² as well as CNS and deco calculation. How is this solved or is there any documentation concerning this matter?
