Connect OSTC Sport with a Mac

Good evening,
I can not connect my OSTC sport with companion (v 1.2) or subsurface (4.5.2) nor with my Mac Mini and Macbook Air.
I'm on Mac OS 10.11.1.
How do I go about doing the updates?

What exactly is the problem ? What have you tried and where happens the error ?

Hello,
I open BLUETOOTH preferences on the Mac, I run the BLUETOOTH on the OSTC Sport,
it is paired.
I run COMPANION and reconnect. Appears "open tty Port: OSTCs1046-SPPdev". The program freeze, the OSTC Sport is disconnected.

What firmware version do you have on the ostc ? With 10.19 there is an issue with connection with mac computers...

I had to update with a windows computer from 10.19 to the newer version. So if you find a windows computer try this...
Update directly to 10.22
