OSTC 2 software freeze during dive

Hi and Merry Christmas

Went for a Christmas day dive this morning (grand Cayman) and at minute 59 the OSTC2 froze, no buttons work, depth and time frozen (8.9m and 59.59 minutes), water temp 28C - so not literally frozen. Compass was in use too.

It was recharged last night to 99%

What can I do to get is working again or do I have to wait until the battery reaches zero charge?

Hi Mark,

Place the unit on the charger and reset it with a quite strong magnet in the upper area of the screen. Most likely, the unit will show some kind of error message then.
