hello,
I write for a friend for translation, he bought a new ostc 2C. The battery is getting lower and lower, so he need to charge it. he put ostc on his pad : He tried by usb on pc, and by classic plug (wall outlet), no blink , nothing happen.,no charge. :S
He followed the manual : For recharging just put the OSTC 2 on the delivered charging pad. Recharging starts automatically.

Is it nessary to dowload the driver, only for charging, ?
On wall outlet there is no driver !
his ostc is new for january !
so anybody has an idea of where the problem comes from ?

Hi,

You don't need any driver for the charging pad. Just current (min. 1A) and voltage (5V). Make sure the battery percent display in the mainscreen is yellow. You need to find the right position in order to charge the battery.

And, it's not an OSTC 2C. It's called just "OSTC 2". I moved the topic into the correct forum.
