How to change advance settings via PC(dctools)

Hi, I tried to sync/advance setting with Subsurface and MacDive, also ostc tools or ostcplanner too.
There are no PC compatible sofware with OSTC4 now.[ hwOS 4 #51(V1.0.2 Apr.20.2016) ]


I wish to use gas plan like OSTC3(but now no RMV or gas plan menu) and change sampling rates, custom text too.
I think it can available via 'dctools', but I don't know device type and which address point and which value am I set.

I just know family and type[ {"Heinrichs Weikamp", "OSTC 4", DC_FAMILY_HW_OSTC3, 0x3B}, ] only.

Anyone tell me how can I set some advanced stuffs(sampling rates, more lowering backlight brightness[ECO still too bright for me], custom text, RMV, ...) with dctools?
like below
dctool --family ostc3 --model 0x3B write -a #### -c #### -i #### ???

The dctool application doesn't support changing settings. Maybe it will in the future, but not right now.
