since the user manual does not mention anything (but latest OSCT2 manual also doesn't) - does OSTC4 have any customization possible via custom functions, like ascent speed warning or vertical velocity threshold, ppO2 threshold or user interface color changes ?

Hello,

Some changes are possible and some might come in the future. Right now ascent speed warning and graphical speed indicator are always on. Color changes are identical to the same extend as with the OSTC2 / hwOS. Please wait for the first official release of OSTC Companian for hwOS4 to get an overview of the current state. There are many options like always show ppO2, extra display configuration, safety stop configuration and gas consumption for an improved simulator like it is build in the hwOS.
