ostc 4 won't start

Hello,
My ostc does not power up. I keep pushing the button but nothing on the screen, not even back light. It did one dive since last full charge...
Can you tell me how to fix it?

Hello again,
I put the ostc back on it's charger. The green led is bright and not blinking.
When I try to power on I can now see the backlight (maybe this morning, in the sunny weather the bbacklight was working after all...)
However nothing appears on the screen.
Is there button combination to reset/reboot the device?

Hello Arnaud.
If the green is bright and not blinking the charging is good. There is a combination on start up to go to bootloader mode.
But in your case with the backlight on and nothing else shown you should contact us via e-mail for direct support.
