OSTC 2C Withe Screen

Hi all,
I have a problem with my OSTC 2C, now when I turn on it display a with screen (look at attached picture). This happen during the interfacing with my personal computer for upgrade firmware using Tiny Bootloader downloaded by your web site. Exactly during the com port verifying per dive computer became with screen and after 10 hoirs of turn off remain like this.
What I can do to solve the problem ? Have you notice of similar situation of mine ?
