Hi guys,

I tried today to update my brand new OSTC Sport, because it was only installed version 10.25 .The installation didn't work and now I receive the failure "Unable to enter hwOS service mode"

How can I fix this issue?

- repair the Bluetooth device again
- restart update procedure

The update process is safe, either it installs the correct firmware (double checked with 32bit CRC) or aborts the installation and keeps the old firmware untouched.
