Hi,

I've bought an OSTC Sport one year ago with the firmware V10.22 and now I'd like to upgrade it to the last firmware V10.31.

But unfortunately, I've encountered some issues.

I use a PC with Windows 7, service pack 1 and the OSTC Companion V3.0.8 to perform this firmware upgrade.

After putting bluetooth on and successfuly pairing my OSTC (on port COM4), I launch the Companion.
It's conecting well and I can set the name, the date of my OSTC but the option upgrade firmware remains not available and I couldn't click on it.

But when I close the connection, the option upgrade firmware becomes available and switch to not clickable again when I reconncect my OSTC.

What did I do wrong ? maybe i don't understand well the process.
Could you help me to sort out this issue please ?

Hi,

I've seen that we can upgrade OTSC firmware with an another software, Subsurface.
So I've installed it and made a test of upgrade.

Still have an issue, I've got an "error failed" when I've tried to retrieve the details" of my OSTC. At 84% of dowload, there is a time out, it blocks and then I get an error failed" message.

Don't know what to do now... is there a problem with my OSTC ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Click on "Upgrade Firmware" in the companion before clicking on "Connect".
