Heading marker on compass

The heading on the OSTC2 compass is shown as a red and green 'H' (as of 2.10). Is it possible to include an option in a future version to change this into the 'I' and 'II' markings as found on analog compasses like the Suunto SK7? Aside from using different markers for the heading, this would also benefit colourblind people.
