Safety stop countdown

Dear all,
I noticed that my computer, on non-deco dives, when reaching the safety-stop depth it shows a "safety stop" countdown on the mid right of the screen just for a second and then disappears.
It would have been very helpful if the countdown could stay on screen until the end.
Is this a bug? or is there a way to keep this on-screen?
Many thanks

Hi.
In contrast to a deco stop you are obliged to stay at the safetystop depth. The safety stop countdown will be disabled / cleared if you continue to ascend and leave the safety stop zone. The standard top limit / ceiling is 3 meter - unless the safety stop itself is set to 3 meter than 2 meter applies as the top limit.
with kind regards,
Christian

Hi Christian,
thank you for your reply. I experience this during real dives and simulation dives. For example, when running a simulation, I purposely move to the safety stop depth (3.0 m). Once I reach this depth, the countdown appears for a second and then disappears, despite my simulation depth is still at 3.0 meters and stays there. The reading does not come back. My only way to make it reappear (again, only for an instance) is to change my simulation depth a bit deeper and then get back to the safety stop depth. What happens then, is that the countdown reappears (again for an instant) once I get back to 3.0m and does not restart, but starts where the countdown was at the time a descended for a little bit. Again it disappears after a second.
This is quite easy for you to check, since the problem appears on simulation mode at exactly the same way it does during normal dives.
Any thoughts on this?
Many thanks.
Kind Regards

Hi,
it's true there is a display issue if the safety stop depth is set to 3 meter instead of 4, 5 or 6. This is fixed now and will be part of the next release.
4, 5 and 6 meter stops are not effected and shown normal with the actual firmware.
with kind regards,
Christian
