Hi,

I am struggling to connevct my new OSTC to the OSTC config package. Every time I ask it to connect I get a warning.

"Access Violation
Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption
Press Cancel to kill the program"

Can anyone explain this? The computer is definitely in Bluetooth mode and is connecting through the correct port.

try starting the program "As Administrator".

Hi Poiret,

dont use OSTC Config with HWOS OSTC's, it's for OSTC2N/C only.
Use HWOSConfig instead.
