Defining new oc gas, suddenly date and time set to zero

It did happen twice that I defined a new oc gas and when back to the main display date and time are blinking, date is 01.01.2016 and time is zero. I then entered again the current date and time in SYS menu but the OSTC didn't want to take it. I finally had to reboot firmware and only after that it worked. Bug?
