Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my ostc 2c to 3.13 fw but I have problem with USB.
Usb Cable allow charge battery but USB port haven't be see from my windows 7.
I try to install usb driver as other people do, but it doesn't work...
I also tryed to change cable, but the proble persixt.
Please someone could help me to fix the problem?

Check the USB bulkhead in the computer for corrosion or water.
