Hello

My OSTC 2 TR (#17241 Tech firmware 3.01) was stored (on a safe dry place) fully charged for 5 month.
When restarting it, I had a the Battery level at 0% (voltage 3.4v)

I tried to recharge it but very quickly the charger turned red. I've updated the firmware to the latest version (3.01). No change.

Beside that it seems to work perfectly.

Do you have any Idea of what is going on and how to address it?

Can the USB power adapter supply at least 1.5A?

I tried severalls (2 iphone USB charger and a powerfull multi USB charger) that I already used in the past to the charge the computer with the same result.

Use PC usb port. I can do only that way.

Is there a USB charger that would work fine and that you could recommend if you do not want to Travel with a computer.

Any USB supply that is capable of delivering 2 Ampere will do. Stay away from smartphone and tablet chargers as they often do some none-USB standard things on the supply lines in order to detect their mates (and then may change the voltage, etc.).
