New OSTC Companion 3.2.1

Hi,
We have a new OSTC Companion for Windows 64bit OS available: https://heinrichsweikamp.net/downloads/ ... _3.2_1.exe
This version now has the option to force the update for all three parts of the OSTC 4, if required. This is especially handy for developing with the OSTC4 code.
For OSTC4 with firmware 1.5.3 or later, a fast update is available making the update process at least 3x as fast as before. You can also check the bluetooth signal strength.
It also checks for available COM ports much faster in Windows 10. For the small OSTC, it now only has the options for USB or BLUETOOTH OSTC (Since all use the same protocol for updating anyway)
