hw OS tech 3.10 - gasplaning

hi guys
I think I discovered a little miscalculation in the simulator and I hope only in the simulator (not tested in real dives by now) just by playing around and compairing the runtime of the OSTC with the new subsurface planing.
in the planed dive I used a D12 in the gas-settings (24L) - and was very surprised - the calculated bar-value seems for me to work - but the L-value is a little strange to me - look at the pictures.
98bar (calculated by hand) should be in a D12 2352L. my OSTCplus just sets this value to 300

..and i can confirm it only affects the deco calculator, and within the deco calculator only the volume by liter output. The bug is not in the calculation itself, but there are bits getting cut from the liter value before it is printed to the screen, that's why it shows unrealistic small numbers.

hi ralf
I just downloaded and reinstalled the 3.10 some minutes ago - same thing. I think its a little bit "gaga" to plan a dive on a DC and then recalculate the gas by hand, isn't it?
so - therefore the user is forced to buy other tools/apps like pasto-deco, multideco or similar (where the runtime maybe doesn't match the OSTC-runtime) and that all ends up in chaotic diveplaning.
what's astonishing to me is that it has worked properly......

Please be patient, for sure the bug will be fixed with a new firmware file rolled out soon. The bug was discovered (and already analysed!) yesterday evening and now it's only about half a day later on a Sunday afternoon...

Hi gr3yw0lf!
You just need a little patience, let Ralph work and wait for the v3.11 or other update ...! Have a good day ...

edit: created a simple update for my own app 'cause I'm too lazy for calculating the L-value every time by hand

Hi.
The same problem on HWOS10.66
Dive time 34'
Depth 24m
Tank 24l - 200bar
SAC 23 l/min
OSTC Sport #21575

Yeah, it's in both Sport and Tech, as both use the same code here. The bar values are ok, only the Liter value are affected by a bug in the screen printing part of the function.

hi ralph
I installed the "new" 3.10 (07.05.) and the screen-printing of the L-value seems ok to me....
thx
