OSTC2 model?

I have an OSTC2 that needs a new backplate/bungee Mount. After spending some time on google I still can’t figure out which version I have. It works on Bluetooth and has induction charging. I have the serial number if that helps.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out which model I have please?

The serial number will help. I'm pretty sure it's an OSTC 2 (2015)...

Thanks for replying so quick. Assuming I’m looking at the right number the serial is 11430

Hi,
Yes, this is an OSTC2 (Mod. 2015) and the backplate in our webshop is called "Backplate OSTC 2 (Bluetooth or cR)".

I'm still waiting on someone telling me how I can get a new induction charger for mine. OSTC2 is now completely dead and will not charge on the pad.
