During last dives, the two buttons are not working properly, i need to press them a lot, as with a simple press they don't work.

Any sudgestion to clean them.

Hello,

The buttons in the 2N may be end-of-life. We can replace them at our place but they are not adjustable in the 2N, Mk.2 or 2C.

My OSTC 2N has been shocked in my bag and the left button (SET/MENU access) need a strong press to work.
Is it possible to repair it ?
How long it will take ?
How to proceed ?
If OSTC 2N button have a life time, perhaps it should be great to change both ?
And also to change the battery (2011) even if it still working ?

We can replace the buttons on the OSTC 2N, but we would need to exchange both buttons. The replaced buttons will be in silver (not red). It is a complicated and time-consuming repair and therefore costs 119,70 Euro incl. VAT plus shipping. If you'd like to get it done, please contact us: info@heinrichsweikamp.com

We also can replace the battery, of course. It's 39EUR.

My OSTC 2 has problems with button sensitivity (piezo)
The left button is not working when I press on it but works several times without touching it.
Impossible to travel in the menu.

The battery (induction charging) seems to have less capacity.

Which solution is there ?
Which cost ?
