Hi!

After a dive I was try to transfer dive log entry to my Phone.
On the Phones Bluetooth connection list OSTC entry is was missing but there was new one named BM+SR 56D5 and it was from OSTC.
I was try to connect with Subsurface but it cannot establish the connection.
I was try connect with HWOS Config with the same result.
I have change te battery with new one (3.6V disposable T1) and reboot the the dive computer and battery (Old 3,6V battery was on 48% after some 25 dives) . Same result.
Please Help.

Hi,

Reset the bluetooth pairings in the OSTC:

- Choose "Reboot FW" from the reset menu
- press and hold the right button when the "heinrichs weikamp" logo and the "play" button is shown
-> The bluetooth Icon appears
- now start the OSTC with the left button

Try again to download (Delete pairings in the PC/Phone first and re-pair).
