Sport Computer will NOT CONNECT

HW CAN YOU PLEASE REPLY/HELP???
Sport will not connect to the newly downloaded app on my IPhone or the OSTC Companion that it has always connected to in the past????
I have downloaded the most recent companion and tried that too.
Both phone and Mac can 'see' the sport but will not connect..................Phone nothing and Mac says 'port error'
Can you help????
