Did a short dive under ice. Mostly just trying to be upside down under the ice. Max depth was 5.1m and the depth graph is missing from the log.
Only have two dives + the factory testing "dive" on the unit.
The first dive a week ago (19.2.2022) shows correct graph, but on the latest dive there is no depth graph although it shows that max depth was 5.1m.
So what should I do?

More information? What type of computer? What firmware? What altitude did you do the dive at? How long was the dive?

I have the latest firmware. Just bought the OSTC4 at the end of last year and first time dived with it a week ago because I was not qualified to go under the ice till last weekend.
When I try to download the last dive with mobile subsurface, I get nothing even the bluetooth connection is established successfully.

What altitude was the dive at?

At Tampere Finland so it's about 84m from sea level.

The reason why I am asking is because at high altitude the computer starts the dive only once you go past 4m depth or so (or at least that how it was with the 2N)

As the divetime is 15 Minutses there should be some data.
Have you tryed to download the profile with a external program like OSTCProfile to see the real data?
maybe the line is to "flat" to see on the device.
