I have seen after my deco stop (on OSTC sport) the indication "slow ascent" ("remontée lente" in French) coming up. Does it mean that my ascent before the deco stop was deemed slow, or that from there I should proceed to the surface slowly? Or does it mean something else?

It just means you should ascent slowly as you did a deco dive with mandatoty stops. By no way it implies you did something wrong, it's just a reminder that your tissues are quite loaded and rapid pressure changes should be avoided.
