How to customise text in display under Surface mode

I read in the manual there is a personal text (up to 60 characters) that can be viewed in the selectable items when in surface mode in the main display. How can I customise this personal text? Would like to put in contact info in case I lose my OSTC sport. Thanks!

With an iPhone you can do it with the OSTConf App.

Thanks for this. Having issues pairing the OSTC sport with my iPhone now. Guess will have to resolve this first.
