Hello OSTC team and users,

OSTC2 (v. 2015) with 3.18 firmware

On my OSTC2, the left button is harder than the right button. When the sensitivity is set to 20 left and 70 right, the buttons work fine.

But since the 3.18 update, vhen i change sensibility of the right button, it seems to reset sensibility parameter of the left one, although I did not change this setting. The left button becomes very very hard, and it's very very difficult to operate it.

I have to tap it very hard to access the button menu again and change the left sensitivity (even if the parameter still displays 20).

I repeated the operation several times, and this symptom recurs each time!

Is this a bug in the button settings in V3.18 or a hardware problem on the left button?

If the button still is too insensitive in the 2015 OSTC 2, we can replace these, of course. There are no known issues with this firmware and your hardware. When leaving the menu, the new settings are applied (Behaviour is different in newer OSTC 2).

I will consider replacing the buttons if the sensitivity decreases further.
How much does it cost to replace the buttons?
